These Terms & Conditions (Terms) govern your access to and use of the Zabon mobile application and related services (the Service). By accessing or using Zabon you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Zabon. If you are under the age required in your country to form a binding contract, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.
2. Account Registration
- To use certain features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Use of the Service
Zabon provides language learning content and tools. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
- Copying, modifying, or distributing the Service in ways not expressly permitted;
- Using the Service to harass, harm, or infringe the rights of others;
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the Service or reverse-engineer the app.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Some features may require payment or a subscription. All payments are handled through the platform’s payment processor (App Store / Google Play). By purchasing a subscription you authorize the relevant store to charge your account. Refunds, renewals, and cancellations are subject to the rules of the store and our subscription policies.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided through Zabon (text, images, audio, code, and other material) is owned or licensed by Zabon and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and use content for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
6. User-Generated Content
If you submit feedback or content (e.g., comments, recordings), you grant Zabon a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. Do not submit content you do not own or that violates others’ rights.
7. Privacy

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet specific learning outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zabon and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will be limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim, or one hundred dollars (USD 100), whichever is lower.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zabon and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or for legal reasons. Termination does not waive any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. We will post the updated Terms with a new Last Updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Zabon operates, without regard to conflict of laws rules. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
